Fresha Valley products are distributed through supermarkets, dairies, and national suppliers including Bidfood and Woolworths. We do not currently deliver directly to individual customers.

Returns and Refunds
Fresha Valley does not sell products directly to consumers via this website. Any issues with product quality or faults should be addressed with the retailer where the product was purchased.
If goods are faulty, damaged, or unfit for consumption, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a suitable remedy. Please retain proof of purchase and contact your retailer in the first instance.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
