Fresha Valley uses traditional methods to process its milk. These processes are gentler, helping preserve the natural quality and flavour from farm to bottle.

Permeate (a mix of lactose, water, and minerals) is usually extracted and added back into milk to standardise its formula. Fresha Valley doesn’t do this, keeping the natural creamy flavour, fresh from farm to bottle.
